Hey All,
My first post to your forum....Brian has kindly pointed me in your direction and I'm glad some of you like my "little car". It will hopefully be finished soon, complete with bodywork and working scale size parachutes....I just have to nut out a few technical hitches and she'll be good to go. I'll be posting a "full power...full afterburner" video soon. The thing has a surprising amount of get-up and go considering the way it delivers it's power!!
If anybody has some tips and/or hints for making a lightweight aluminum or lexan body for it...I'm all ears!
I wonder if I can build a wheel free turbine powered machine next, now that would certainly leave the line reasonably well..!
Cheers to all from down-under,
Smithy.
