I picked up this RC300 a while ago at a garage sale in awful shape. I have cleaned it up since then. It was built in 1980 according to the prior owner, and it's quite the sled. After seeing all the cool drag cars on here, I decided I'd try to build my own. I'm not looking to win any big events or set the fastest time, but just have some fun with an old car.

I don't think a Slash body looks too shabby on it...CORR craze a bit too far though? Oh well.

On to my questions:

I know I'm going to be replacing the engine, will the Axial .28 RR do a good enough job to keep me entertained, or should I look at a different mill? With a little modding I can make it fit:

Next: I don't know the dimensions of drag wheels, but would they fit these adapters?

Thanks in advance for any help I recieve![/list]
