I was bashing the other day with my Slash 4x4 on a 3s when all of a sudden I hear a horrible noise coming from my Slash. I took it apart and noticed the plastic motor mount melted around the driveshaft. I went to a lhs and they told me to purchase the bearing adapter and that should solve my problem. They said if it still messes up to upgrade to an aluminum motor mount. I installed the bearing adapter and an aluminum motor mount and it still makes noise. The lhs says all Slash's are noisy. I told them yes but not this noisy.
