I was talking with Onstat and Dane a couple of weeks ago and we expressed the desire to get the guys together for an informal gathering to reminiss last seasons racing and have some laughs. It was too hard to get something scheduled earlier this month because of the X-Mas parties and such.....So we want to have a get togther this coming Saturday at the Lynwood recreation center that is located at the track we race at. Spoke to Jerry today and he will check to make sure the recreation center does not allready have a party scheduled. I made a few calls today and everyone I called is coming out. Please check this post and Lynwood Dragway site for futher information........just in case the location has to be changed.
Looking forward to seeing you guys again!

OK guys'...I just spoke to Jill at the Expo Center (recreation center) and she said its no problem getting together there. They have soccer games scheduled and will be charging people at the door, but will not charge us ....just let them know that you are part of the Drag Racers that are getting together at the bar. I told Jill that we would be getting together about 2PM.

Just like to say i had a great time visiting with all or most of the racers that came out.It felt good to talk and bs about the past and the future of this hobby.  I think this year is gonna be a breakout year for everyone who attends,so be prepared and dont miss out.

Was a good time for sure!!
I was surprised by how many people actually were able to come out and make it. It was good seeing everyone! Looking forward to some racing!
Oh yea.. and someone post up anything good I missed!
