2 New Drones From Blade
FPV drones are all the rage right now and Horizon Hobby was showing off 2 new units at the NRHSA Show this week.
First up is the Blade Inductrix FPV Pro BNF. The Inductrix FPV Pro is a micro sized drone but comes packed with features. The Pro version comes with a lighter, more durable profile. It also sports a Betaflight configurable flight controller that lets you adjust flight parameters, rates, and gains. Not stopping there, it also comes with a new and improved camera/VTX combo that gives you more frequencies and bands to fly on. The Pro is expected to start shipping in June with street pricing of $119 and a part number of #BLH8570.
The second new drone is the Theory XL 5″ FPV BNF Basic. This is a race style drone designed to blast past your competitors. Its larger size increases its stability while a 4mm thick carbon fiber frame can take some serious abuse. 2206-2450kv Thrust brushless motors, along with 30 amp BLHeli ESCs, give it loads of power while a fully-configurable F3 flight controller that comes pre-flashed with Betaflight firmware is delivered professionally tuned. The Theory XL has a part number of #BLH02150, it is street priced at $379, and they are expected to start shipping in early June.
