3 New On-Road Chassis Kits From Tamiya
Hey on-road drivers, the crew at Tamiya have announced 3 new cars for you.
First up is the TB Evo. 6 MS. This is a high-end on-road kit with a 2mm thick carbon fiber chassis. A double-deck frame is used for controlled flex on high-bite surfaces and the motor is left side mounted. A new aluminum center bulkhead helps keep the spur and pinion better aligned. The TB Evo. 6 MS should start shipping in the middle of June and has a part number of #84427.
Next up is the TA07 PRO Chassis Kit. The TA07 PRO allows you to mount the motor in 3 different positions and uses a single belt for its 4wd system. A plastic chassis comes standard as well as proven TRF419 suspension, gear differential units, and steering components. #58636 is its part number and it should start shipping in July.
Also new is the TRF419X. Like the 419 before it, the X version is a high-end touring car race kit. A pair of belts are used for the 4wd system and there is no shortage of carbon fiber on this one. New big-bore shocks are super short to help keep the center of gravity low and it has a part number of #42301. For availability, it is expected to start shipping in late June.
