Duratrax DXR8-E 1/8 Scale Buggy

A few days ago, when we saw the teaser video from Duratrax, we were all pretty sure we knew a 1/8th scale buggy was on the way, but a race roller? I don’t think anyone would of guessed it wasn’t going to be RTR! The press release has the catch phrase ‘In it to Win!’ with the following details:

Designed for intermediate to expert off-road drivers.
Designed from the ground up as electric. Not a converted nitro..
Factory assembled 4WD rolling chassis
Duratrax Posse C3 racing tires included
Clear body and rear wing also included.

You will need to add a radio and brushless system. They also state that it’s shipping January 2012! Price should be under $400 when it hits the streets.
