Happy day in the Big Squid Shop! We recently received the ERNST Ultimate Hobby Stand and have some time to check it out to see what it has to offer. As long as I have been in the hobby, I have only recently started utilizing the help of pit mats and pit stands so when the Ultimate Hobby Stand from ERNST Showed up from Motion RC, I was more than happy to give it go.

What sets the ERNST Ultimate Hobby Stand apart from other stand is its ability to hold multiple sizes of rigs. Using a peg board design, you can adjust the pegs to fit the rig in various ways. From side to side, up or down the ERNST Ultimate Hobby Stand secures the rig making it easy to work on. The stand also comes with two tubes so you can adjust the height of your stand along with two different size pegs for ultimate adjustability.

The Base tray is massive, with a separate compartment with a lid to seal loose nuts and bolts, making it easier to keep track of parts during a build. The base also has two separate magnetic bays to hold those tiny parts, or in my case, it’s an extra catch guard for when I drop something.
