EVERYBODY’S SCALIN’ – RC4WD BFGoodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM2 1.55 AND Walker Evans 501 Legend 1.55″ Beadlock Wheels INSTALL.

If you haven’t heard by now RC4WD has partnered up with BFGoodrich and has released some killer new tires. You can have your pick from 1.9 BFG All-Terrain K02, BFG Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 1.9, BFG T/A KX 1.7, and BFG Mud Terrain T/A KM2 1.55. Call it serendipity, because I was on the hunt for some scale tires for the RC4WD Blazer build and already placed an order with RC4WD. When they asked us if they could do a parts swap on our order with the new BFGoodrich scale tires I inked my pants. I have always loved the look of BFGoodrich tires and have owned a few 1.1 sets; to get them in the tiny truck world is awesome. RC4WD also hooked us up with the new Walker Evans 501 Legend 1.55″ Beadlock Wheels to go along with the BFG Mud Terrain T/A KM2 1.55s. The MK2 1.55s have wicked compound and made for one of the easiest tire installs, they latterly stuck to the inner ring making setting the beadlock a piece of cake. In the end I ended up putting the new set of ties and wheels on the RC4WD 85 4Runner and taking the 4Runners set and swapped them on the Blazer. Now both rigs look even better and are one step closer to USTE20. Check out the build video below, sorry for the heater in the background but it is getting cold in Chicago, lol.
