Full Details – ARRMA 1/8th Raider XL BLX 2wd Buggy

The wait is over, ARRMA has just released full details on their latest bash machine, the 1/8th Raider XL. The Raider XL is modeled much like it’s smaller 1/10th scale brother hitting the market as a RTR 2wd buggy. The XL is 1.7″ wider and has a 1.5″ longer wheelbase, thus making it more stable and easier to blast through gnarly terrain than the smaller 1/10th scale version. The Raider XL uses a waterproof tenth scale power system featuring a BLX series 80 amp ESC and 3600kV motor. Larger multi-surface dBoots tires put the power to the ground, while new light buckets add to its scale appearance and make it easy to add an LED upgrade for night bashing. Also of note, a 7 Cell 4600mAh 8.4 volt NiMh battery pack and charger come right in the box.
