Hitec at the 2015 HobbyTown USA Convention

Among our favorite booths at the HobbyTown USA Convention was from Hitec. You know Hitec as a leading producer of high quality servos and they didn’t disappoint at the show. They had a bunch of their new servos on display, plus a number of other new electronics. Some of our notes from the Hitec booth include-

* Hitec is celebrating 25 years in the industry this year. That’s a long time by anyone’s standard, congrats to them for all the hard work they’ve put in to make our hobby a better place.

* Action cameras are extremely hot sellers right now and Hitec had both of their new units on display, the MD10 and the S60. We are working on a review for one of their cameras right now that should go up in a few weeks.

* Hitec was also showing off their new X2 AC Plus, that is a dual output charger that comes with a built in power supply.

* The Lynx 4S was also in the booth, a transmitter that has become one of our favorites around the office.

We would like to give big props to Shawn from Hitec for being so courteous and knowledge with all our wacky questions while at the booth, we can’t wait to spend more time with the Hitec guys at the next show.
