Hop Back in Time with Redcat’s SixtyFive R/C Lowrider
It’s a great day to be a fan of R/C lowriders. Redcat has introduced another new model into its lowrider family. The SixtyFive Hopping Lowrider features scale 13" wheels, 5.2" whitewall tires, and a detailed body that features injection-molded chrome accent pieces.
The body of the SixtyFive uses magnetic mounts to secure it to the chassis, eliminating the need to fiddle around with body clips and body post alignment. Simply pop the body off and on the chassis when you need to access the internals. Two body color options are available at launch, silver and brown.
The SixtyFive shares the same chassis and electronics found on the revised SixtyFour, including a REEFS RC 300 Alacritious V2 servo (for hopping) and two 35kg Hexfly Torque Spec servos (height adjustment). Redcat has also redesigned the bellcrank for additional adjustability and performance.
