Horizon Hobby Airmeet 2018 Videos and Photos

The BSRC crew attended the Horizon Hobby Airmeet and Racemeet 2018 in Donauwörth, Germany last weekend. We hosted the freestyle and tryout area next to the racetrack. Over 30000 spectators and visitors came to see action ion the ground and in the air. This was definitely the biggest RC event in all of Europe and Horizon Hobby did an awesome job.

We were honored to have an interview with Juan Pablo Montoya, the famous race driver. He has been addicted to RC for a long time and we talk all about that in the interview.
Horizon also invited Team Aerosparx and the show they put up was unbelievable. Check out YouTube for one of their videos at that link!

It was awesome to see how many people are interested in our great hobby. The tryout area was a huge success and kept us busy charging batteries and repairing the cars. Horizon Hobby’s Joe Ambrose was also there and looked very happy to see how well everything went.

Thanks so much to all the people who made this happen. There were many volunteers who helped setting up the event and without them it would not have happened. Looking forward to next year, check out some pictures and video below.
