HPI Building for Lease

This picture does not give us the best feelings. We have reported on the RUMOR of Traxxas buying out HPI Racing, but it didn’t really start to sink in till now. For those that don’t know, this is 70 Icon, Foothill Ranch, CA. home of HPI Racing USA, and that big sign outside their building does not seem to say that things are going great over there. 🙁
