HPI Cup Racer Upgrades coming soon!

I spent the day at my local track for their 2009 USVTA Nationals and what a day of racing! The action was incredible and the cars were spectacular but one thing in the pits caught my eye more than the Vintage Racers. Collin Cocores from HPI Racing was on hand for the race (and did pretty good I might add) but brought with him two of HPI’s new 4wd Cup Racers, one in full decked out upgrade trim and the other sporting the new Datsun 510 body. On the line for these very realistic cars is a new Carbon Fiber Chassis / Towers, Aluminum Rear Hubs / Front Knuckles / Threaded Shocks, Sway Bars, Titanium Screws, and rotors for the ultra realistic look. On the stock car was the new Datsun 510 body for the Cup Racer which features details down to a built in exhaust pipe. The new stuff coming from HPI is sure to bring about a new breed of Cup Racer in the very near future.

The parts haven’t been seen by many and should be released the public in a few months!
