Over at JConcepts they have just announced several new wheels and tires for your 1/24th scaled off-road trucks. New from the JC crew are Landmines and Tusk tires, as well as Hazard and Glide 5 wheels. Here are the highlights-

Landmines 1/24 Tires – Gold Compound

* Scale realistic look
* Robust carcass with split-block design
* 1.0” diameter compatible with SCX24
* 2.0” overall size
* Sliced, stepped, and recessed lugs for improved control
* Made from JC’s soft, Gold rubber compound
* Lightning pattern, knob plots and connector bars for extra edges
* Radial sidewall lugs and extra island mapping for squeeze grip
* Comes with soft, open cell foam inserts

Tusk 1/24 Tires – Gold Compound

* Scale realistic look
* Robust carcass with mirror V-block design
* 1.0” bead mounting diameter compatible with SCX24
* 2.0” overall size
* Made from JC’s soft Gold rubber compound
* Super V-block, open center design for extra edges
* Sidewall lugs, slots, and alternating height tread
* Comes with medium, open cell foam inserts

Hazard 1″ Wheels for the SCX24

* JConcepts scaled 1.0” Hazard design
* Made from a durable plastic
* 10-spoke pattern
* Beefy inner ribbing and hex mounting area
* Matte finish beads and outer face
* 4 wheels included per package

Glide 5 1″ Wheels for the SCX24

The JConcepts tires are priced at $16 per pair for just the tires and are around $20 when pre-mounted. The wheels are priced right around $6 for a set of four.
