Redcat Racing Launches the Kaiju EXT 6S-ready Monster Truck
Redcat Racing is flexing some muscle with its latest release, the Kaiju EXT Monster Truck. This 1/8-scale, 6S LiPo-ready beast is packed with power and designed to jump and bash with the best of them.
The Kaiju EXT features a Hobbywing 4068 2100kv brushless motor and a 150A ESC capable of handling between 3S and 6S LiPo power. A 25kg coreless, digital steering servo provides plenty of steering power and will keep you heading in the right direction, no matter where you choose to run.
This 1/8-scale monster truck uses a tub-style chassis and features an enclosed drivetrain for added durability. 17mm aluminum wheel hex hubs help keep the massive, belted Interco Sniper M/T replica tires secure, while four aluminum-bodied/threaded shocks allow for fine-tuning handling performance.
Redcat has applied some unique characteristics within the Kaiju EXT’s body design, including a dual-purpose molded roof that offers improved body protection and doubles as a functional air intake. Tethered body clips help keep the body pins in check, and an adjustable rear wing and rear wheelie bar provide additional control when you’re mashing the trigger.
Two body color options are available for the Kaiju EXT; red/black and white/black.
