Team Associated is the official R/C Car of 2011 Monster Energy Mammoth Motocross

For you motocross fans, if you get a chance to attend or watch the upcoming Monster Energy Mammoth Motocross event, be on the lookout for Team Associated.  They have been named the official R/C Car of the event for 2011.  For the uninitiated, the Mammoth Motorcross race is an event that dates back to the late ’60s and is the oldest continuous motocross race in the USA.  It’s held every year at Mammoth Mountain in central California, and draws a wide swath of racers from seasoned pros to hopeful newcomers.

Team Associated didn’t say what their participation entails, but I’d bet you’ll find the Team Associated test track for some short course racing action, along with a good contingent of Associated staff that you can talk to about Associated products.
