Unboxing the Team Durango DEX8T Truggy

Recently we busted out our camera and took some pictures while cracking open the box on our Team Durango DEX8T test unit. The DEX8T is the new 1/8th scale truggy from Durango and comes as a kit, but comes with some sub-assemblies pre-built to speed up the build process. We had a great time building the Durango DEX8 buggy a couple of months ago and so far our build on the truggy version is going smooth as silk.

We’ve also included some pictures of gear that we will be running in our DEX8T. For a servo we picked a Futaba S9352HV for buttery smooth steering and we’ll be running a pair of Duratrax Onyx 2S 5000 packs with the new Star connectors for power. Also shown are the tires we’ll be using, Duratrax Posses.
